To be Eligible to Register to Vote in Arizona a Person must:
- Be a resident of Arizona and the county that is listed on their registration.
- Be a U.S. Citizen.
- Be 18 years old on or before the day of the next regular General Election
- If convicted of a felony, your right to vote must have been restored
- Not currently declared mentally incompetent by a court of law.
Persons Eligible to Register can Obtain a Registration Application at any of the Following Locations:
- Online Registration
- By Mail
- In-Person at one's County Recorder's Office
Note that Address Confidentiality Program Members should only register to vote via the ACP process.
